Q) What IS a QR Code? 

A) A QR code (for Quick Response) is a unique bar code placed on any print surface that lets customers - and potential customers - instantly learn more about a business, by visiting a mobile version of the business' Place Page on any supported phone. Here's more on how it works:

  1. Make sure your phone can scan a QR code with its camera, either with an application that you download or via software that's already installed on your phone. To find out what application to use for your phone, we recommend doing a Google search for the model of your phone along with "QR reader".

  2. When you see a QR code, use your phone's application to scan it. If you scan a QR code you'll quickly be taken to that business' mobile Place Page where you can, for instance activate a Savings Card, special coupon or just get more information about the business.

Q)  What is your delivery time?

A)  Upon receipt of camera-ready art, we ship all standard items within five (5) working days - full color in seven (7) working days.

Q)  Do you offer rush service?

A)  Yes, we offer a three (3) day rush service.  A low surcharge, which is a flat fee per order, will be applied.  The fees are:
      Black ink  .  .  .  .  .  $4.95 per item
      Any one color  .  .  .$17.95 per item
      Any two colors  .  .  $29.95 per item

Q)  Do you offer an Order Form, a Reorder Form, and a Request for Quote Form to make it easier to place orders and get quotes?  And how do I order one of your catalogs?

A) Yes, we have an online Quote Form and Reorder Form to provide you with  fast service. You can also fill out our Catalog Request to get our free catalog.  If you have any questions, call 800.225.7570 and our customer service representatives will help you.

Q)  What is your policy on color?

A)  We can now print in four colors. When printing in any one or two colors we offer the following: We offer thirteen (13) standard colors that are priced the same as black. Any other colors that must be mixed will incur a slight mixing charge (incorporated into the price per thousand). Metallic and fluorescent inks receive an additional flat fee of  $20.00 per order. Our 13 standard colors are:
        BLUE (REFLEX, PROCESS, PMS287, PMS300)
        RED (WARM RED, PMS185, PMS199, PMS201)
        GREEN (PMS347, PMS348, PMS354)
        GRAY (PMS424)
        BROWN (PMS 463)

If you are ordering black or any one of the thirteen (13) standard colors, use the prices for black ink.
If you are ordering any non black or non- standard color, use the one color prices.

If you are ordering ANY two colors use the two color prices.

Q)  What are the credit terms?

A)  We ask that you prepay the first order.  Our open terms are Net 15.  We  accept Visa, Master Card and American Express.

Q) How does Envelopes & More ship orders?

A) UPS, Federal Express, Airborne Express and LTL truck deliveries to local customers are the most common. We ship under your name to your customer; our name and address never appear on any shipping documents or cartons.
